An Island within the Island
The vineyards of Fedegraziani are located on the northern and north-western slopes of Mount Etna, at elevations between 600 and 1,200 meters above sea level. This dramatic volcanic landscape forms a unique ecosystem, where altitude, climate and soil create extraordinary diversity.
For more than 2,000 years, vineyards have been cultivated here in small terraces carved from the mountain. Generations of growers have lived in close symbiosis with the volcano, adapting to its power and unpredictability. Viticulture in Etna remains a slow and demanding craft, carried out largely by hand with patience, respect and deep connection to the land.
Today, just as in the past, Fedegraziani continues this tradition—expressing through its wines the living energy of Etna’s volcanic terroir.

菲德奇亞尼酒莊酒莊的葡萄園位於埃特納火山(Mount Etna)北坡與西北坡,海拔介於 600 至 1,200 公尺 之間。這片壯麗的火山地貌形成了一個獨特的生態系統,高海拔、火山土壤與多變氣候交織出極為多樣的風土。
在過去 兩千多年 的時間裡,人們在火山坡地上開墾出一塊塊小型葡萄園,世代與火山共存。當地的葡萄栽培一直是一項 緩慢而艱辛的手工工作,需要耐心、汗水與對自然的尊重。
直到今天,菲德奇亞尼酒莊仍延續這樣的傳統,在與火山共生的土地上釀造葡萄酒,讓每一瓶酒都呈現 埃特納火山風土的生命力與個性。
Air/
Exposure to sea breezes and high altitude creates a unique microclimate on the slopes of Mount Etna. Day and night temperatures can vary by up to 25°C or more, helping the grapes maintain freshness, aromatic intensity and balance.
Water/
Etna’s slopes receive abundant rainfall throughout the year, often exceeding 1,000 mm annually. Combined with cold winters and cool summers, this makes the area a natural oasis ideal for slow and balanced vine growth.
Soil/
The vineyards grow on complex volcanic soils, formed over centuries by layers of ash, sand and pumice from repeated eruptions. Each parcel has its own geological identity, creating mineral-rich and fertile soils that give Etna wines their distinctive character.
空氣/
海風與高海拔共同塑造出埃特納火山獨特的微氣候。日夜溫差可達 25°C 以上,讓葡萄在成熟過程中保有清新酸度與細緻香氣。
雨水/

Fedegraziani MARENEVE Terre Siciliane Bianco IGT
This white wine is a blend of 30% Carricante, 25% Rhine Riesling, 25% Gewürztraminer, 15% Chenin Blanc and 5% Grecanico, reflecting the diversity of Mount Etna’s volcanic terroir. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, without malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 18 months on the fine lees in stainless steel, followed by 6 months of bottle aging.
The wine shows a bright color with green reflections. Aromas are intense and expressive, revealing notes of fresh tropical fruit, pineapple, white peach and lychee, accompanied by white musk, rose, lemon granita, lava stone and sea salt.
On the palate it is harmonious, extremely fresh and precise, with a vertical structure and a distinctive saline minerality. The finish evokes the purity of mountain snow and the salinity of the Mediterranean Sea.
An excellent pairing with raw seafood, shellfish, oysters, crustaceans and wild asparagus.

酒色明亮並帶有淡淡綠色光澤。香氣濃郁且層次豐富,展現熱帶水果、鳳梨、白桃與荔枝的氣息,伴隨白麝香、玫瑰、檸檬冰沙、火山岩與海鹽的礦物與海洋風味。
口感清新而細緻,結構筆直且優雅,帶有明顯的鹹鮮礦物感與悠長尾韻,彷彿結合了高山白雪的純淨與地中海海風的鹹度。
非常適合搭配生魚料理、貝類、牡蠣、甲殼類海鮮以及野生蘆筍。


Fedegraziani ROSSO DI MEZZO Etna Rosso DOC
菲德奇亞尼酒莊埃特納火山中坡紅葡萄酒 DOC
This wine is made from 80% Nerello Mascalese and 20% Nerello Cappuccio, grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, followed by 18 months of maturation in stainless steel and tonneaux, and an additional 6 months of bottle aging.
The wine displays a deep yet transparent ruby red colour. The nose is intense and fruit-driven, revealing aromas of red currant and wild blueberries, accompanied by hints of capers leaf and fresh aromatic herbs. On the palate it is lively, elegant and refined, with returning notes of Mediterranean herbs and blood orange, finishing with a distinctive flinty volcanic minerality.
It pairs beautifully with grilled lamb chops, eggplant parmigiana, and roasted white meats.
此酒由 80% Nerello Mascalese 與 20% Nerello Cappuccio 混釀而成,展現埃特納火山風土的優雅與活力。葡萄以天然酵母自然發酵,之後於 不鏽鋼槽與 tonneaux 橡木桶中熟成 18 個月,在瓶中熟成 6 個月。

Fedegraziani Profumo di Vulcano Etna Rosso DOC
菲德奇亞尼酒莊火山之香埃特納紅葡萄酒 DOC
Made from 70% Nerello Mascalese, 15% Nerello Cappuccio, and 15% Alicante & Francisi, this wine reflects the volcanic terroir of Mount Etna. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in open oak vats with indigenous yeasts, without temperature control. The wine then ages for 20 months in new and used tonneaux, followed by 4 months of bottle aging.
The wine shows a deep yet transparent ruby red colour. Aromas reveal layers of raspberry, wild blueberry and citrus, intertwined with notes of Mediterranean herbs, orange peel, marjoram and myrtle, evolving into sweet spices, sandalwood and pipe tobacco. On the palate it is rich, complex and energetic, with vibrant tannins and a long finish marked by a distinctive salty-sweet volcanic minerality.
Excellent pairing with roasted meats, game birds such as partridge and pheasant, or traditional dishes of the Nebrodi region.

Made from 90% Nerello Mascalese and 10% Nerello Cappuccio, this wine expresses the elegance and vibrant character of Mount Etna’s volcanic terroir. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, followed by 18 months of refinement in stainless steel and an additional 6 months of bottle aging.
The wine shows a bright, transparent ruby red color. On the nose it opens with aromas of strawberry and raspberry, followed by fresh citrus notes of tangerine and a subtle mineral nuance. Delicate hints of white chocolate, white pepper and cardamom add complexity.
On the palate it is fresh, crisp and lively, with elegant tannins and a harmonious structure. The finish is clean, savory and persistent, highlighting the vibrant personality of Etna wines.
Its versatility makes it an excellent pairing with a wide range of dishes, particularly grilled tuna, turbot, roasted guinea fowl, or delicate veal dishes.

ACQUA 水
The abundant rains that bathe every side of Etna throughout the year make this territory a true natural oasis, with cold winters, cool summers and annual rainfall levels around 1000 mm and beyond.
全年沐浴在埃特納火山四面的大量雨水使這片領土成為真正的自然綠洲,冬季寒冷,夏季涼爽,年降雨量約為1000毫米甚至更多。

TERRA 土
Each life has its roots in a different ground, thanks to the complexity and to the heterogeneity of the soil of volcanic origin, formed in eras different from the crumbling of eruptive material such as ash, sand and pumice, which gives mineral richness and great fertility.

ARIA 空氣
Exposure to the breezes coming from the sea and the high altitude create a microclimate that differs from that of the rest of the region, with temperature ranges between day and night that can reach and exceed 25°C.
